SDM Holdings Ltd is an independent, privately owned holding company and the ultimate owner of Secure Data Management Ltd, The Chatham Archive & Document Storage Company Limited and Broughton Poggs Business Park. Owned by Marc Chauveau, an active owner-manager, the company is supported by a team of brilliant staff. Our core business lies in Records Data Management, but we are involved in all facets of business support services.
In a business landscape where large PLCs and multinationals are acquiring smaller, client-focused suppliers and standardising services into a ‘one-size-fits-all’ model, we recognise that this approach does not suit many clients. We have had an offsite file storage contract with SDM from October 2020. This is to store our 30,000+ files, maps and ledgers. During that time, SDM have been outstanding suppliers and I could not be happier. They have a friendly, professional, and flexible approach to storage solutions. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Their customer care is excellent and very much appreciated. They were extremely accommodating when helping us exit from its previous contract with a different supplier, given it was a challenging situation.

Broughton Poggs Business Park is home to several of our groups companies, including Cotswold Car Storage and Cotswold Secure Storage - now of the fastest-growing container storage facilities in the Cotswolds. the site also supports Secure Data Management operations and offers commercial and industrial rental units and space, currently occupied by a range of local businesses.
So friendly and helpful. Great facility very close to Lechlade, and Gabriel was extremely responsive and good-natured for my numerous requests to take the car out.
